The education of photography has been a fundamental issue in every era since its invention. As academics of photography who have been tutoring for many years in various fields of education, we are now gathering under a non-profit organization that seeks to promote and encourage all initiatives in various fields of photography education, contributing to academic, local, and global dialogues, enabling young graduates to obtain international recognition.
Steve Bisson and Klaus Fruchtnis founded "Blurring The Lines," the art organization, six years ago as a program of 60 universities in 40 countries worldwide. Selection of the final year and diploma studies of students in photography education departments have been collected as the "best of" selection since 2016.
Thirty-six young people from 23 countries participated in the most extraordinary, engaging, and conceptual photography projects of the last six years. We are pleased to present it to you by bringing it together from the artists' perspective.
